This taco lasagna could not be more simple to make. This Cheesy Taco Lasagna is delish and the whole family will enjoy the new take on taco night. Great to take along to pot lucks and gatherings. This has been a favorite in my family for a long time and always will be, hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Add the beef and onions to a large skillet over medium heat and crumble as it cooks. Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
Dump the Salsa, cheese soup, and sour cream into a large mixing bowl. Stir in the cooked meat.
Place tortillas in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with 1/3 of the meat mixture. Use the extra tortilla to fill any gaps.
Repeat layers, ending with a layer of meat on the top. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and green onions.Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and the cheese has melted.
Serve sprinkled with chopped cilantro, guacamole, and extra sour cream, as desired. Enjoy with a side of Salad or Mexican rice or refried beans.
