This recipe is quick and easy for those busy nights. Salmon is one the most easiest fish to prepare and also very heart smart. Not only is it very delicious, it is a versatile fish and an easy way to get more heart-healthy Omega-3. I love making extra so i can flake the left overs on my next days salad for lunch.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Arrange salmon fillets on foil-lined baking sheet. Season your salmon evenly with all your seasonings then cut orange in half and gently squeeze both halves over your salmon. Use a basting brush to dab some of that juice back on.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until flesh flakes easily with a fork. I would check it after 10 first.
