Baked Apple Pie Logs are super simple to put together with just a few ingredients.  I love that these are oven baked and not fried and so easy to make. Great fun finger food or just a healthy sweet snack. Have your kids join in the fun of making them they are that quick and easy.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine cinnamon and sugar on a small plate or container.Cut the crusts off your bread and roll each slice flat with a rolling pin. Pour the apple pie filling onto a bowl and chop it so the pieces are smaller.
  3. Place about almost 2 tablespoons apple pie filling on each slice of bread and roll up.
  4. Give them a spray over with some cooking spray on both sides then roll each one in the cinnamon sugar.
  5. Place seam side down on a parchment or foil lined pan and bake 15 minutes or until browned and crispy. Serve warm. Enjoy!
  6. NOTE-When placing your roll ups on your pan, be sure the have the seam side down.
