Who knew you could make something this delicious and easy in a waffle maker? A simple healthy egg Waffle style omelette filled with bacon, cheese and veggies of your choice. Some days you need special fast and hearty and no mess and this is just the way to go. Loved this idea can not wait to try new different ingredients and flavors so many to pick from.

  1. Preheat heat your waffle maker
  2. In a bowl whisk up your eggs and add in all your chopped ingredients. ( change up the veggies to what you like and add as lil or more of each.) Season well with salt and Pepper
  3. Spray your waffle maker with some cooking spray and then pour your mixture in. ( make sure not to over flow the mixture, you still need to close it.) Close the lid and let it cook. Mine took 2 and half minutes to cook. It will depend on your waffle maker. Should be done by 3 minutes.
  4. Use a egg flip to remove and enjoy =)
