Yumm! Lets just begin there, had a craving for a burger and created this simple fast burger patties. Super fast and easy and only a few ingredients and super juicy and yummy. These Bacon and Cheese Burger Patties were a hit around my family dinner last night and i know they will be in yours as well.
First dice up your onion nice and fine and saute with some salt till tender and set aside to cool some.
In a large bowl add in your shredded cheese and bacon bits with the ground turkey, onion and seasoning, also season well with some salt and pepper.
Mix everything real well and form 4 equal patties and set aside.
Heat up your griddle or skillet and spray with some cooking spray and cook each patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side at the last 3 minutes place some loose foil over the patties this will help finish the cooking of the middle of the patties.
Enjoy these as they are with you favorite vegetables or as a burger. I enjoyed one with a low point bun with lettuce and tomato and had a extra 1/2 pattie.
