Preheat Oven 390 - ready a baking dish or tray sprayed with cooking oil.
The chicken fillets are pretty lean and flat as they are but if they need a little pounding do so gently. I gave mine a small amount of pounding with a rolling pin each, also cover with something before pounding some cling wrap or foil..
Fold over your cheese and lay the cheese and asparagus across your chicken breast. Then starting from the the thinner end of the breast begin to roll up and secure with a toothpick. A lot of the Marinade will be left inside of the packets i suggest you pour this evenly over the chicken to keep it moist while cooking.
Place them in a baking dish or sheet and bake for 15-20 min - pull out of the oven and give them a light spray over with some cooking oil and pop back in the oven for 5-10 more minutes till cooked through. Depending on the thickness of the chicken cooking time varies.
NOTES - I used 7 fillets you can use 1 to 10 and more fillets depending on the amount of people you have for dinner. You can also plain chicken breast and season them your self and switch out for a different cheese.
